Integration Marketing In Action

Mobile Money- Banking the unbanked masses of Africa's cell phone users

http://www.wizzit.co.za/
http://www.safaricom.co.ke/index.php?id=228

Integration Point: Traffic streams integration point

UMV: There are three UMVs or Units of Marketing Value in this integration deal. The first one is Self Banking, the second one is Mobile Money and the third is M-Commerce. In 2005, Africa had 135 million mobile subscribers. It is estimated that mobile subscribers in Africa will hit 400 million by 2010. Majority of these subscribers do not have access to banks but they have banking needs and a way to send and receive money. It is estimated that $93 billion in remitances are sent to Africa each year.

Wizzit Bank, a subsidiary of The South African Bank of Athens Limited and Safaricom's M-Pesa based in Kenya have tapped into Africa's Mobile Subscriber Traffic Stream, most of whom to do have a bank account, providing them mobile banking and Mcommerce through their cells.

In North America, SelfBank Mobile Financial, a Canadian entity, has set up a platform to exploit the Traffic stream of mobile device users to provide self banking and mcommerce for anyone with a mobile device anywhere in the world and are in pre launch right now.

Why: I think this is exceptionally interesting because it holds enormous potential for the emerging MCommerce as it brings banking to the reach of the neglected masses of the world's poor. It also opens up banking for average small operator. The average mom and pop business entity, serving as a middleman for the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), can now provide the same kind of services that banks traditionally provide.

Blog Marketing Made Easy

Blog marketing is just what it says. It is a method of marketing or selling by means of blogs. Blogs are a simple and easy way to establish a presence on the Internet. They can be used to bring your business or product to the many millions of searchers on the Internet. But what exactly are blogs?

Blog is a derivative of the term Weblog. They started out as personal entries or diaries on the web, and soon were adopted and adapted by business to reach more market, hence the term blog marketing.

Blogs have an obvious advantage over traditional websites. Whereas it may take days, weeks and even months sometimes for websites to be listed on major search engines, blogs usually take hours or even less. This is because of the ever updating nature of a blog. Search engines love fresh content and blogs have established a reputation for providing fresh contents.

Before deciding to blog on any topic or niche for money, there are certain things that you must consider.

1. You must determine if there is enough traffic for your chosen niche or market

2. I your niche willing and able to pay for your services and or products, i.e how hungry is the niche?

3. How stiff is the competition?

4. How technically challenged are you?

5. How do you monetize your blog

Determine demand for your niche product or service

This is really simple and there a many free and paid service to help you do just that. My favorite free service for this is the Google Keyword Tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal. Another free tool is the
Yahoo Search Marketing Keyword Tool at https://secure.overture.com/s/dtc/center/?mkt=us

Once there, type in your keyword in the keyword search box and hit enter and Google will return to you the number of searches on your keyword and related terms for the previous month. The higher the number of searches, the better. That however will depend on your competition.

How Stiff is your competition?

To find out, take the same keyword and open up a Google search window. Type in the keyword/phrase in quotes and hit enter. Google will return the number of competing pages or sites on the net for your keyword phrase. The lower the better.

How do you know that people are willing to pay for your product/service

You can find out by visiting forums that are related to your niche and looking at the questions people are asking. You can register at the same forums and ask questions to determine if people are willing and able to pay for your product.

How do you monetize your blog

There are several ways to do this. One is through Google Adsense which you can sign up for at
http://www.google.com/adsense. It is easier to get approved if you have a blog or website up and running before applying for adsense account.

The other method is through affiliate marketing. As an affiliate marketer, you do not own your own product but you are selling or promoting somebody else's product in exchange for a cut in the profit. Some places to sign up for affiliate products are at Commission Junction at www.cj.com or Linkshare at www.linkshare.com

Which blog platform to use for publishing your blog.

There are two different blog platforms out there- Self-Hosted and Hosted by the blog service. Hosted by the blog service is where you simply visit the blog service, sign up for an account and begin to create your blog. This usually is the best option for beginners and those who are technically challenged. A good place to start is at www.Blogger.com.

Now that you have your blog up and running, what is next?

Promote your blog. Share your blog url with friends and family, update your content regularly and be sure to ping or notify the blog directories when you make a post. This brings the search engine robot to your blog and increases your chance of ranking high on the engines. Make meaningful posts at forums and other blogs and leave your blog url in your comment box to generate backlinks for your blog.

This is a time consuming exercise, the good news though is that there are special operations software that make this a breeze. For further information on that, see the resource box.

Search Engine Marketing - The New Paradigm Shift

Search engine marketing has in recent times gone through a paradigm shift. To the seasoned marketer, the handwriting is all over the wall. To the uninitiated search engine marketer, the shift needs a little pointing out.

But what is search engine marketing? It is simply an Internet marketing method that depends mostly on natural search engine traffic to drive sales. In order to be able to benefit from this traffic, the marketer's website has to be included in the search engine database and be listed or ranked favorably among the first 10 sites on the search page.

Driving the desired amount of traffic to your sites requires use of tools and techniques. Several years ago, it was easy for sites to be listed and ranked well for their chosen keywords. Web masters did not have to do a lot to stunts to attract the desired traffic to their web pages. Today, the story is different. Due to the sheer volume of web pages that come on the Internet each day, it has become increasingly difficult to get included in the search engine database, sometime taking weeks and even months to get indexed as it is called.

It is the sheer volume of websites coming on line on a daily basis and the Search Engines' penchant for erratic changes that has fueled the paradigm shift in search engine marketing. Whereas it was possible and even easy for websites to be listed and ranked well in years past for their desired keywords, today's search engine marketers are required to do a lot more, including on-page and off-page search engine optimizations in order to get any good results.

And because of the volume of web pages online today, it would be insane for any search engine marketing practitioner to do any meaningful optimization without search engine marketing tools. To make matters worse, there is a plethora of tools out there all claiming to be the best in search engine optimization. The good news though is that there are actually a few good search engine marketing tools out there and the seasoned search engine marketers know it.

Review of the 10x Method of Marketing

Recently, I was invited to take a sneak peak at the 10x Method, an awesome and powerful video presentation by the Rhodes Brothers. It was free so, I figured I had nothing to loose. Also the invitation came from someone I trusted, so I took it. To cut a long story short, I am honored to say I loved what the Rhodes Brothers had to say. Their entire presentation can be summed up in two words- focus and simplicity. But what is the 10x Method? To appreciate the enormity of that question, here is where I came from.

I ventured out onto the net more than four years ago. During this time, I have had my share of confusion, frustration and despair. There have been times when I could not figure out which way to go. I routinely jumped on the next best thing, be it ebook or script that the gurus shoved my way. Some of the programs actually worked but not as well as the gurus promised and I would look for the next magic bullet. I lacked focus. I lacked the staying power needed to see a project to a logical conclusion. I was looking for the magic bullet. But the truth is that there is no magic bullet, at least not as the gurus said.

With maturity, I had gotten better and seeing significant progress. I no longer buy every little script and rehashed ebook because the gurus say so. What I needed was focus, simplicity and willingness to see projects that show signs of being profitable to their logical conclusion.

And then, the Rhodes Brothers and their 10x Method video presentation, putting in perspective everything that I had thought. Yes! That was all I could say. Now I know I had it. I had already figured that out but I was not sure. They simply confirmed for me what I was now doing.

Here is what I like about their 10x Method:

The 10x Method is unbelievably simple. The Rhodes Brothers do not advocate any particular program. They simply show you how to keep it simple. By keeping it simple, you are focused and dedicated. This is cutting age because, the bane of most beginning and even intermediate marketers in the problem of floating from one project to another because the gurus say so, and not allowing projects to mature before they embark on the next best thing. They do not choose programs based on what is working and what they like and can do, but on what the gurus suggest. The 10x Method instead, shows you how to take any program that is working for you, be it affiliate marketing or article marketing, it does not matter. You simply take what is working for you, and you scale it up 10 times. Simple!

The 10x Method will open the eyes of many fledgling marketer and open new doors for them. It is not only for newbies but for anyone who is feeling the crunch of information overload. My recommendation is that you get it while it is still free.

Integration Marketing- A Quick Review.

When I received an email inviting me to go see Mark Joyner’s quick video on his yet to be published book- Integration Marketing, I was skeptical. Integration Marketing sounded like another Internet Marketing buzz word and I was not just ready for another useless buzz word.

If you have been on the Internet for any length of time, you would agree with me that what the Internet Marketing community needs now is not another one of those things. However, because of the name behind the book, I decided to check it out. It was free and so I figured I would not have much to loose if I did not like it.

But knowing some of the things Mark Joyner had done in the past, I was quickly on my way to the download page, after submitting my name and email address. At first, I was just going to glance through it on my screen, but soon as I read that first page, I was promptly drawn into the conversation. I quickly printed that entire 49 pages and settled down to devour it, and here is what I found.

Getting the definitions straight and being able to see the battlefield, I believe would the most difficult part of Integration Marketing. But with practice and dedication these can easily be mastered.

Prior to reading his book, I had never heard about Integration Marketing, but after my second reading, I could hit the ground running with the concept. But Integration Marketing is not just a concept, it is a workable, practical thing, as concrete as cement. Once you begin to grasp it, you can see it in operation every corner you turn. It is a manual that shows you what to do and how to do it step by simple step.

The Integration Marketing book is a quick and easy read. The style of writing is both conversational and instructional. Mr. Joyner used stories and other anecdotes and graphics to bring the core concepts home. To really understand the book, there is the need to understand the definitions of the different component of Integration Marketing. Some of the key vocabulary terms used in the book are, Integration Marketing, Integration Points,
Unit of Marketing Value, Integration Marketing Deals, and Integration Partners. Other vocabularies include Integrator, Transaction Stream, Traffic Stream, and Integration Marketing Score.

Mark defines Integration Marketing as “the integration of Unit of Marketing Value, example an offer or brand name, into an existing Integration Point, example, inside a Transaction Stream, such as when a cashier makes a suggestion for an up or cross sell.

Integration Marketing also brings a new definition to the word Strategy. Mr. Joyner defines Strategy as “A long term plan for achieving an aim that allows you to see the battlefield, and make consistently correct decisions quickly, no matter what may arise”

Mark maintains that the ability to see the Battlefield, enables you to formulate a good and fluid strategy and the way to do just that is by mastery of Integration Marketing.

Who Needs To Read The Book?

Integration Marketing is for anyone who seeks to bring in new cash flow or leads, or even brand awareness without having to develop new products all the time.

Benefits of Integration Marketing

The major benefit of Integration Marketing according to Mr. Joyner is that Integration Marketing Deals can be struck quickly and easily and with little resource outlay and huge potential for profit for a long time. Also with the help of the Integration Marketing Scoring, you can test your deals for profitability before embarking on them, Mark says.

Overall, Integration Marketing holds a lot of hope and promises for the regular folks, just as it does for Bill Gates’ Microsoft or Ray Kroc’s McDonalds. It also holds an important key to bridging the cultural and economic gap between nations, Mark suggests. As more and more ordinary people begin to structure Integration Marketing Deals across national boundaries, they are going to begin to look out for their mutual good, thereby reducing the propensity for tension between nations.

As always, Mark Joyner has delivered a brilliant message about a concept and practice that some savvy business empire builders have used, to build multi billion dollar empires without bothering to put a name to it. Mark Joyner points out that Integration Marketing in not his brain child. Bits and pieces of it had been used by many to amass wealth. What Mr. Joyner did was to put flesh and body to this ephemeral concept, making it possible and easier for the regular people like me to wrap my head around it.

How Does Spider Web Marketing System Work?

World Banner Exchange Banner

World Banner Exchange BannerWorld Banner Exchange Banner

The Spider Web Marketing System (SWM) was developed by Kimball Roundy, CEO of SWM. SWM's main object is to help build leads by advertising your business to interested entrepreneurs on the internet. The SWM system ties 12 different web-based income opportunities together, in which the system will show you step-by-step how to set them up, and allowing you to easily benefit from each income opportunity and to maximize profits.

One of the income opportunities is with Global Domains International (GDI). GDI pays out in two forms, through bonus referral, and monthly commission. The way bonus referral works, for every five people you sign up as a downline, you get $100. The monthly commission is based on the number of members in your downline. GDI will pay $1 for every member in your downline. Doesn't sound like much? Let's do the math. If you only had 5 people, and those 5 people got only 5, and so on, up to five levels (5x5x5x5x5), that's $3,125 residual income every month for life! That is just from one income stream within the SWM system.

One might ask, why should I go through SWM? Why not go directly to GDI? Well the reason is, you can go directly to GDI and build your own webpage, whereas SWM provides you with several ready formed pages from the moment you start. Also, think about how are you going to get traffic to your site? Getting traffic to your site is what SWM specializes in. SWM is completely web based, with unlimited possibilities. There are no geographical restrictions or size limits. This system has so much potential, being one of the best income opportunities available anywhere.

A Review of The SpiderWeb Marketing System

VENOM! That sounds like something a snake would have. And SpiderWeb Marketing? Kind of creepy. What is it? A bunch of spiders doing their own marketing on the web? No, not at all. The SpiderWeb Marketing System is a system of marketing that uses the VENOM process, integrating a sleuth of 22 passive residual income streams, into one seamless, unified platform, for ease of use and maximum return.

VENOM Process

What is the VENOM process? It is a method that uses a Vicarious Extraction method of Neglected profits, Omnipresent in the Marketing process and deals to create multiple streams of passive residual income. The VENOM process is the frame work for the SpiderWeb Marketing System. It is the brainchild of social entrepreneur Kimball Roundy.

What is the SpiderWeb Marketing System? It is a system of 22 and growing passive residual income streams. The system allows anyone with an internet connection to plug in to any of the 22 plus streams of residual income and begin to harness its power and potential. What makes the SpiderWeb System different from many other plug and play systems on the web is that, for one thing the SpiderWeb System focuses on neglected streams of income. This keeps the competition low and the returns high. The SpiderWeb System profit streams are innovative and cutting edge. One such profit stream is the Self Bank Mobile.

The SelfBank Mobile is positioned to drive the coming m-commerce revolution and by integrating it into the SpiderWeb Marketing System, Kimball Roundy has positioned it and its operators to be at the vanguard of this emerging m-commerce revolution.

Also, the SpiderWeb Marketing System is user friendly. Unlike some other system where you have to download, install and upload files, there is absolutely nothing to download with the SpiderWeb System.

Here are some of the things I really like about the SpiderWeb Marketing System.

I like the ease of use of the system. This is made even easier by the massive video support that comes with the SpiderWeb Marketing System.

Some of its component streams are cutting edge and have the potential for massive reach and return by reason of their potential effect on the business world in particular and society at large.

I also like the fact that I you do not have to have a website to harness the power of the SpiderWeb Marketing System. There are no files to download and complicated scripts to configure, upload and update.

The Spiderweb Marketing System is completely free. You do not have to spend a single red cent to take advantage of the System.

Here is what I do not like about the Spiderweb System

The Initial sign up process to the different passive residual income streams can take quite some time. Though the sign-up is easy, for the component parts, it takes some time to complete them all. Let me qualify that by saying that the Spiderweb System does not require that you sign on to all the different streams, but the reward for doing so is great and a good reason to. So it comes down to work verses reward.
